WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.  We do not ship Sundays or Holidays. We ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

HOW ARE THE PACKAGES SHIPPED?

All orders are sent out either via USPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation.  Packages are in plain packaging so that everything is discreet.  Everything is packed to ensure that breakage will not occur.

ARE THE PHOTOS THE ACTUAL PIECES FOR SALE?

Unless otherwise stated, the photos are only visual representations of the pieces being offered for sale. Each piece is unique due to the hand crafted and creative aspects of the art of glass blowing. Your glass will look similar in shape and design, but there will be some variation from piece to piece. 

DO ALL THE PIECES CHANGE COLOR?

Most of the pieces featured on my site will change color with use. Some of the solid color worked pieces will not change color.

HOW DURABLE ARE THE PIECES?

Each piece is crafted from heavy wall (also referred to as double wall) Pyrex glass tubing. The finished product is annealed to rid the glass of any stress induced during the working process. They are very resistant to impact and thermal shock. Glass is still glass however, and it will break if abused.

WHAT IF THE GLASS BREAKS ON THE WAY TO ME?

Breakage is extremely rare, but if you are so unlucky as to receive broken merchandise we will replace it free of charge. All damaged items must be reported upon delivery. No refunds or exchanges are accepted after 7 days of delivery.  We do ask for photos of the broken product to be emailed to us.

ARE THE ONLINE PRICES AVAILABLE IN STORE?

No, the prices shown online are valid for online purchases only. Shipping often brings online price to the same as in store prices.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

No, all products are sold without a warranty through our company. If your product does have a warranty, the warranty is offered and serviced by the Manufacturer of the Product only. We DO NOT accept any warranty related returns or exchanges.
